Bankruptcy Reform Working Group

LSTA Project Manager: Elliot Ganz

To ensure that this perspective is adequately heard throughout the ABI Commission’s processes, the LSTA formed a Working Group that will closely follow the workings of the ABI Commission. The LSTA Working Group, chaired by its General Counsel, Elliot Ganz, intends to offer its perspective to the ABI Commission through the testimony of witnesses and in writing. To the extent the ABI Commission issues a report that fails to take adequate account of its concerns, the LSTA Working Group will be prepared to respond in writing, so that Congress is fully informed of the relevant issues before it undertakes to “reform” the Bankruptcy Code. This committee is open to LSTA Members.

CLO Committee

The committee prepares analysis and white papers to support the CLO community’s efforts with regulators, lawmakers and rating agencies. The Committee’s membership is open to CLO managers, structurers, researchers and lawyers.
